Two Bodies in 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Star's Burned Car Identified

The New Jersey men who were found fatally shot last Friday inside an incinerated vehicle registered to Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Kim DePaola were lifelong friends who apparently knew their alleged killers, PEOPLE learns.

Residents say they heard two gunshots before the auto was found in flames.

KIM DePaola is best known for running Porsche Boutique on reality series, Real Housewives of New Jersey. The bodies were discovered after the fire was extinguished.

Police had to cut through the car's roof to extract the men's bodies.

The victims have now been ID'd as 27-year-old Aaron Anderson and 25-year-old Antonio Vega. Upon tests, it was found out that the victims died from gunshots through their heads before they were burned inside Kim D's vehicle.

"The cops never thought I had anything to do with it", she said.

People who lived close to the area where the burned-out Audi and the bodies of the two men were found said they had heard a gun fire twice, and then saw the vehicle burst into flames just minutes later. An Audi auto under her name has been torched beyond recognition after two dead bodies were left in the vehicle. She said her son didn't even like the kid. Aaron Anderson's parents said he was the father of an 18-month-old. Anderson's mother told NBC, "I've been calling him and it's going to voicemail.I would have heard from him".

On Sunday, De Paola posted a statement to her Instagram, expressing her condolences to the victims' families. Their remains were so severely burned that investigators couldn't determine their race or gender, but the victims are both believed to be men.
