Stephen Jones says Myles Garrett has physical tools to be great

According to the latest NFL Draft rumors, the Cleveland Browns are locked in with the No. 1 pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Daeshon Hall was sometimes the forgotten man on the Texas A&M defensive line, which is understandable given the projected top-overall pick named Myles Garrett was lined up directly on the other side.

Sapp said he has studied a handful of games that Garrett has played on tape, but he said it didn't take him long to realize the type of player that Garrett is.

On Sunday, Hall of Famer Warren Sapp came out strong against that idea. "I see the splash plays - everybody gets those".

BRISTOL, Conn. - ESPN held its annual NFL Nation mock draft Tuesday night, and if things fall the way they did at the home office, the Cleveland Browns will be pleased. "Hue Jackson's fired in a year and a half because he still doesn't have a quarterback. Somebody who, when it's third-and-15 and maybe it's the fourth quarter and we need a stop to get the ball back, they put you in and say 'you're the guy.' That's how good you have to be". Sapp added that on game tapes Garrett "disappears" for stretches. However, it may be far too soon to tell what Garrett is capable of or the type of athlete he will be in the National Football League which is likely why he has received so much heat for his comments the past few days.

But even though the Bears have only two teams - the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers - picking ahead of them, there's one scenario that seems completely unlikely to occur that will be considered a dream-turned-reality.

"I think that sometimes those concerns are a little bit overstated", Berry said. Instead they selected SC defensive end Jadeveon Clowney first overall who like Garrett was an athletic freak and believed to be far and away the best talent in the draft.

Selecting Trubisky in the first round has risks, but the scuttlebutt leading up to the draft had the Browns pondering taking Trubisky first.

That means the Browns have four of the first 52 picks, giving them ample opportunity to improve their franchise in a hurry if they make the right choices.
