Usher has yet to comment on the herpes scandal.

Grammy Award-winning singer Usher reportedly paid a woman he had sexual relations with $1.1 million in 2012 to settle a lawsuit after she had claimed the performer gave her herpes.

The new filing, by a Jane Doe, says she and Usher got together in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. At that point, they got frisky, she performed oral sex, and they had intercourse.

The suit purportedly states that Usher wore a condom the first time, but had unprotected sex with the woman during a second rendezvous - almost two weeks later, at a New Orleans hotel.

Fast forward to last week, when news broke that Usher admitted in legal documents that he has Herpes Simplex 2 and now "Jane Doe" is anxious.

While the woman doesn't say she's been infected with the STD, she says she's concerned that she was "exposed" after reading headlines that he has Herpes Simplex 2.

The report stated that Usher admitted to infecting her with the virus as court documents showed, adding that he promised to "take care of things".

She's suing "U.R. IV" - Usher Raymond IV - for negligence, battery and emotional distress. and is seeking at least $10 million in damages.

TMZ reports that the "Confessions" singer has been sued once again for allegedly spreading genital herpes and not disclosing that he has the condition.

As the New York Daily News notes, California law states that it is illegal to knowingly transmit an STD to your sexual partner.

Usher has yet to publicly address the lawsuit nor the recently revealed court documents. The plaintiff was later diagnosed with herpes, complete with vaginal sores, fevers and chills, she alleged in papers.
