Tehran Unveils 2000 Km-Range Ballistic Missile Which Can Carry Several Warheads

The US and Israel, known as the two main sponsors of terrorist and Takfiri groups in the Middle East, have repeatedly called for the restriction of Iran's military capabilities. "Whether you like it or not, we are going to defend the oppressed people of Yemen, Palestine and Syria", he said.

At the annual United Nations gathering in NY this week, Mr. Trump called the nuclear deal "an embarrassment to the United States", and Mr. Rouhani retorted, in his own address: "It will be a great pity if this agreement were to be destroyed by "rogue" newcomers to the world of politics".

Rouhani said the United States and Israel have isolated themselves by opposing the 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and the other major powers.

Rouhani also said Iran is still fully committed to the nuclear deal.

Mr. Trump's secretary of state, Rex W. Tillerson, has said that the Iran nuclear agreement must be changed or the United States would not stick with it. Iran has said the accord is not up for renegotiation.

Iranian officials have argued that the measure only applies to missiles specifically created to carry nuclear warheads.
