So at the end of the day, thank goodness Philadelphia doesn't have to worry about playing in this year's Hall of Fame Game.

The Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bears have been chosen to play in the 2018 edition of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game on Thursday, Aug. 2.

Their teams will square off on August 2nd to kick off the weekend's activities when Urlacher and Lewis are inducted into the hall of fame on August 4th. While we do now get to watch more Bears football, which is great, the Hall Of Fame Game is a great opportunity for young players to shine bright on the national stage, and to make a name for themselves. They won the previous four, most recently 27-24 over Miami in 2005. He helped the Ravens to two Super Bowl titles and was named the game's MVP in Super Bowl XXXV. The spectacular venue is a major component of the $800 million Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village underway on the Hall's campus.
