The internet soon started to wonder about the girl, who was later revealed as Los Angeles-based model Kelleth Cuthbert.
The model made it into the majority of the red carpet snaps.
And she's been congratulated for being the year's "first meme".. In multiple images, she can be seen lurking in the background, staring intensely and beckoning viewers with her shiny tray of Fiji water.
"I mean I think I had some weird expressions in some of them but no, majority could have been worse, definitely", Cuthbert reflected, adding that she also feels she's doesn't look great in every snap either.More news: Leicester captain Wes Morgan backs under-fire Claude Puel after shock exit

"I had absolutely no idea what was happening because I obviously didn't have my phone on me", she continued. "-Yq1kFQ3Jdo">serve face, because there are cameras at every angle, so you have to look good in as many directions as you possibly can". People on Twitter quickly noticed her, and they shared some of the shots she appeared in, dubbing her "Fiji Water Girl".
Though Cuthbert looked lovely, she didn't have a stylist to fix her hair and makeup.
Other users Photoshopped her into classic film scenes. She's reportedly married to photographer Christopher Von Steinbach, whom she met in 2010 and Wednesday just six months later.
The Golden Globes took place on Sunday night.
Who knows if we'll see Cuthbert gracing our screens again.
