The Duchess is a proud dog lover, having previously supported various animal rescue centres in her home city of Los Angeles. May the good Lord always bless you.
Meghan looked elegant in a head-to-toe cream outfit as she arrived at dog charity centre The Mayhew in London.
But when the pensioner questioned whether she really did know the sex of her unborn child Meghan added: "I don't, I promise you - no - we're going to be surprised".
ITV News royal editor Chris Ship reported via Twitter on Monday that Markle told one woman in the crowd while visiting the English town of Birkenhead with Prince Harry that she is 6 months pregnant, and told another woman the due date is around April.
Last week the animal charity Mayhew was announced as one of four charity patronages that Meghan has taken on that reflect her passions and interests.More news: Top Bernie Sanders 2016 Campaign Aide Accused of Forcibly Kissing Staffer

The 37-year-old, who has had rescue dogs of her own, met with a number of officers at the animal welfare shelter, which it's understood she has visited in private on a number of occasions over the past year.
Her other dog Guy, a Beagle, did make the journey and is now part of the family.
"The one time she did a red lip, she just didn't feel comfortable in it", Martin explained. The animal welfare organisation uses public donations to improve the lives of dogs, cats and people who live locally and internationally.
She now owns two rescue dogs - a beagle named Guy and a Labrador-Shepherd mix named Bogart, who remains in Toronto, Canada with her friends.
During the visit, the duchess was shown a family of five kittens and their mother being cared for by the charity, who had been brought in by a resident.
